Ruscilli Construction Company in conjunction with its M/WBE and Section 3 Consulting partners, John Wooldridge, President/CEO of Excenture Business Solutions and Mary Tucker, President/CEO of Executive Elite Consulting, would like to invite all interested and certified M/WBE and Section 3 contractors and suppliers to join us for a special pre-bid forum.
Participation goals for the Poindexter redevelopment have been established for M/WBE’s and Section 3 businesses and Section 3 employment to participate as contractors and suppliers. The goals are 20% minority-owned business (MBE), 5% women-owned business (WBE), and 10% Section 3 business participation. In addition, the Section 3 employment participation goal is 30% of new hires.
We invite you to come out and join us for the Ruscilli Team’s first pre-bid forum, as we highlight Phase IIA of the Poindexter Village redevelopment and engage in dialogue regarding bidding opportunities and the bidding process. This forum will also provide contractors and suppliers a chance to meet community partners involved in workforce development which can provide possible candidates for Section 3 employment.
The Forum is scheduled for August 27, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. at the COMBA (Central Ohio Minority Business Association) office located at 1393 E. Broad St. Columbus, Ohio 43205.
